World Mental Health Day
Mental health is a fundamental human right guaranteed to all. Everyone and everywhere has the right to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of mental health. Good mental health is vital to our overall health and well-being. Yet, one in eight people in the world live with a mental health condition, which can affect their physical health, well-being, how they relate to others and their livelihoods. Mental health conditions also affect a growing number of adolescents and young people.
