Power of Hope
The College of Applied Medical Sciences, Student Club, with the support of the Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Activities, organized the "Power of Hope" event regarding World Cancer Day on Tuesday, 4 February 2025, at 6 p.m., at Lavanda Park. The event came under the supervision of Dr. Fahad Hussein Al Hamoudi, Head of the Anaesthesiology Supervisor of the Student Club. The event coordinator, student Rashid Al Omari, led it. The event focused on raising health awareness of cancer and the importance of early detection while highlighting stories of hope and challenge to confront the disease. The event saw significant interaction among visitors, reflecting its success in promoting the message of hope and health awareness among community members.
