Duties
- Supervising work related to personnel affairs.
- Monitoring the implementation of staff-required work.
- Preparation of periodic and annual reports, activities, and unit achievements.
- Follow up on the implementation of proposals for developing work regarding the services provided by the unit or the administrative and financial functioning procedures.
- Finding the necessary solutions to overcome administrative, financial, and service constraints.
- Follow up and coordinate with the relevant units to obtain paper or electronic sources of information.
- Archiving documents on administrative and financial transactions.
- Prepare maintenance orders and follow up on their implementation.
