Duties
  • Supervising the management of employees' files regarding recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring of work, termination of services, and compensation.
  • Coordinate vacations for employees according to the regulations.
  • Submit monthly, periodic, and annual plans and reports on the unit's activities.
  • Develop and upgrade the human resources requirements plan.
  • Reception and mentoring of new employees.
  • Keeping and updating staff records manually and electronically.
  • Take legal action to recruit or contract staff and complete the documents and files according to the regulations.
  • Identification of the training needs of the College's staff.
  • Supervising workers' training and recommending their nomination for training courses.
  • Explanation and clarification of policies and procedures relating to the recruitment of total workers and familiarization with their rights and responsibilities.
  • Supervising the development of the College's website page in terms of human resources
  • Monitoring job discipline at all college facilities daily
  • Save job descriptions for all staff.
