World Day for Safety and Health at Work
On the 28th of April each year, we celebrate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work. Created in 2003 by the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations agency whose mandate is to advocate and advance social justice and internationally recognized human and labor rights, this world day aims at raising awareness for the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases at work globally.
